To ensure quality of customer service and meet the expectations of my current contracts I am not able to accept new customers for technical support at this time.

I am still available by appointment to support my existing customers.

Rates

Effective January 1, 2011

Shop Rate: $ 40.00 / hr.
On-site Rate: $ 55.00 for the 1st 15-minutes + $ 10.00 /additional 15 minutes.
